The next summons was also about the protest of the Tomsk prosecutor, only this time the violations of the requirements in the implementation of forest control were replaced by violations of the requirements in the implementation of municipal control in the field of protection and use of protected natural areas. A question was asked by one of the deputies to the mayor of Tomsk:

“What have you personally done, the city administration, to ensure that we do not face the same situation next year?” The mayor’s response was: “Today, acting within the framework of Law 44, we will not avoid these situations.”

Dmitry Makhinya reported that all contractors who won contracts met all the necessary requirements not only in price, but also in the amount of experience behind them. But, Mr. Mayor, contractors with experience are not always conscientious.

The outcome of the meeting was the consideration of the issue of depriving Denis Yarmosh of his mandate. After a secret vote, it was decided to leave the mandate for the deputy, since the majority of deputies voted against, as reported by some of those present at the meeting. And again, the reason was errors in the income declaration. Vasily Eremin announced at the beginning of the session that the issue was excluded from the agenda:

“At the conflict commission, neither the prosecutor’s office nor other bodies proved to us that he stole the money. The same money went through several accounts, and a certain amount was formed, which he allegedly did not reflect.
